Infrastructure
The town of Rožňava is home to a large mining community and has trained professional engineers, experienced miners and support contractors. It offers an excellent existing infrastructure (power, roads and railway) necessary for mining and processing ore from the Strieborná deposit.
The former Mária Mine site, located on the land owned by Global Minerals, offers ample space for the infrastructure and facilities necessary for ore processing and tailings disposal. Underground access is available through the workings of past producing Maria Mine. There are currently 3000 meters of developed tunnels on 4 levels.
